This cocktail is built in the glass you drink it from. Add the sugar syrup and Angostura Bitters and stir together. Add a few blocks of ice and stir again. Add half the Penny Blue VSOP and stir, and then the rest of the rum. Top with ice cubes and the coconut water.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Strain the liquid into a second empty shaker. Shake the ingredients again to create a foamy head when poured. Serve in a small mug filled with ice.
