Cocktail Ingredients

  • 50ml Penny Blue VSOP
  • 50ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml King's Ginger Liqueur
  • 20ml Orange Juice
  • 20ml Coconut Sugar Syrup e.g. Coco Re’al
  • Garnish – Grated Nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Strain the liquid into a second empty shaker. Shake the ingredients again to create a foamy head when poured. Serve in a small mug filled with ice.
