Cocktail Ingredients

  • 50ml Penny Blue VSOP
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Coconut Water
  • Garnish – Coconut Shard


This cocktail is built in the glass you drink it from. Add the sugar syrup and Angostura Bitters and stir together. Add a few blocks of ice and stir again. Add half the Penny Blue VSOP and stir, and then the rest of the rum. Top with ice cubes and the coconut water.
